One-on-one yoga practice is of incomparable intensity and accelerates individual progress. You sequentially proceed to more advanced steps at a personal pace that is in tune with your situation and objectives.

Class Menu

All classes are steeped in a deep understanding of, and devotion to, health, body and movement. The classes listed below offer a framework illustrating the range of possibilities within which each yoga session is adapted and tailored to individual needs. Your situation, condition and objectives form the basis. The yoga class is the response.

Each class is suitable for all levels of experience, from beginner to advanced.

Triple R. Regeneration, Restoration & Relaxation

Gentle, calming movements reinforcing dominance of the parasympathetic nervous system - the state that allows for regeneration, restoration and relaxation. Although the movements are gentle, they still promote circulation, thereby building up heat and stimulating perspiration while you remain calm.

Eeeeeeeelongating

Movements in sync with your breath to elongate further and further with each inhalation and exhalation. A feeling of relieve, extension, flexibility and smoothness sets in, restoring an upright, graceful body posture during and after the class.

All you want: Circulation, Sweating & Purifying

Efficient and beneficial at both a physiological and aesthetic level, this class gives you all you want. The movements get you going while preserving your dominance of the parasympathetic nervous system, a subtle, yet important aspect thanks to which the session is able to unfold its full effect. Circulation is stimulated, heat is built up, toxins are released and erased, while the body is toned and sculpted at the same time.

Breath

Move along with your breath to re-connect with and understand it in order to use its strength and unfold its advantages.

Cikitsā

Cikitsā is Sanskrit, the ancient language of India, and can be "translated" into therapy. In the Cikitsā classes, I use yoga as a form of therapy. Depending on your symptoms, it takes you through movements and provides hands-on help. The reasons that motivate you to take this course may be legion. For instance, pre- & post-partum, to recover from an injury, chronic disease, pain, disabilities, common conditions like headache, lower back pain, …

Detoxifying Lymphatic Ritual

By activating the lymphoid system through massage of the main lymph nodes and vessels followed by movements promoting the drainage and flow of lymph into the venous system, this session serves to detoxify you.

Each class takes about 60 minutes and is available online via Zoom and in person. I teach at Reschio and on request in the privacy of your home or at my studio in Montone (Perugia, Umbria), Italy.

Small group: EUR 120 for the first person, EUR 65 for each additional person
