One-on-one yoga practice is of incomparable intensity and accelerates individual progress. You sequentially proceed to more advanced steps at a personal pace that is in tune with your situation and objectives.

Hatha Yoga
Individual & holistic


The yoga I teach is called Hatha Yoga, a movement-based system promoting health and longevity incorporating breathing and meditation as well as optionally offering insight into broader yoga knowledge and philosophy.

Each yoga session is individually customised and tailored. It is geared to your needs, mental and physical condition as well as any exceptional personal circumstances past or present, such as pregnancy (pre- or postnatal) or an injury and recovery from it. This can result in a demanding power yoga session, a restorative, relaxing and calming yoga class, a session focusing on flexibility and strength, a traditional flow such as Ashtanga Vinyasa, a Yoga Synergy class or a completely individual design.

My one-on-one yoga classes are available digitally via Zoom and in person at your place or at my studio in Montone, Italy.

Fee: EUR 90 per session (60 minutes, not including travel costs)
