By the name Holon I teach one-on-one yoga sessions, in person and digitally, that are steeped in a deep understanding of, and devotion to, health, body and movement. Holon comes from the Greek hólos, meaning "whole" and is the stem word in "holistic". It is a holistic approach that defines my yoga teachings.

It has been 14 years since I attended my first yoga class during my studies in Berlin. I started with Bikram Yoga and continued with Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
My teachers and my teachings
Today, I am honoured and grateful to be able to call Bianca Machliss and Simon Borg-Olivier my teachers. They are disciples of B.K.S. Iyengar and, as practicing physiotherapists, link up traditional yoga with modern-day scientific insight and a tremendous knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
My style of yoga and teaching is based on Hatha Yoga, a movement-based yoga system promoting health and longevity, and has been tremendously influenced and inspired by Bianca Machliss and Simon Borg-Olivier. Thanks to the knowledge and insight they have given me especially by their holistic expertise in the fields of anatomy and physiology, I am able to compose individual yoga sessions and practices adapted to personal needs: from pregnancy (pre- or postnatal), to recovery from an injury, improving strength and flexibility and as a getaway transporting us into a realm of well-being and serenity. I approach the practice of yoga as a form of therapy.
