Movements in sync with your breath to elongate further and further with each inhale and exhale. A feeling of relief, extension, flexibility and smoothness sets in, resetting you to an upright, graceful body posture during and after the class.

All you want: Circulation, sweating & purification
Efficient and beneficial at both a physiological and aesthetic level, this class gives you all you could ever want. The movements get you up and going while maintaining your dominance over the parasympathetic nervous system - a subtle, yet important aspect allowing the session to unfold its full effect. Circulation is stimulated, warmth is generated, toxins are released and eliminated, while the body is at the same time toned and sculpted.

Cikitsā
Cikitsā is Sanskrit, the ancient language of India, and can be "translated" into therapy. In Cikitsā classes, I use yoga as a form of therapy. Depending on your symptoms, I will take you through movements and provide hands-on help. The reasons that motivate you to take this course may be legion.
