The Retreat
The retreat is designed to purify you from the inside out within a short period of five days without any harsh detox measurements like fasting or an enema. The purification process is pleasing and pleasant, but effective. It is based on three pillars: nutrition, movement and purifying treatments like foot baths and shiatsu.
Schedule
The retreat offers a full program, starting at 7:30 a.m., spanning the whole day and ending with a guided meditation at 10 p.m.
The retreat includes full board, featuring the most delicious and most clean Italian cuisine by Tobias Levels.
Morning walks to the beach in silence, 3x Yoga daily, treatments, Shiatsu, guided meditations & an alkaline, clean, but above all delicious menu.
Language
German or English. This depends on the native tongue of the participants.
Timing
29 September - 03 October 2025
It is possible and we recommend that, to arrive one day prior.
The retreat program extends until 1 p.m. on Friday.
Travel
The closest airports are Bari and Brindisi. The transfer from and to the airport is on us. We will organise it and take care of everything.
Masseria Schiuma
The Puglia retreats are taking place at Masseria Schiuma, a beautifully restored farm house. Nestled in the countryside, between Monopoli and Fasano, the house is 700m away from the sea.
The farmhouse and its garden have been restored and furnished with a refined sense of taste, colour and proportion. The outdoor yoga area is set in a pristine garden, amidst a sheltering citrus grove. Long dining tables inside and outside invite guests to enjoy meals together and engage in lively conversations. The 25 x 5 m saltwater outdoor pool lends the retreat that perfect “vacation feeling”, while the rooms radiate an ambience that makes you feel sheltered and at home and offer you privacy while still being part of a group during the retreat.
Rooms
All rooms are double bed rooms. They have their own entrance and en-suite bathrooms. This means there are no shared hallways, and no shared bathrooms.
Prices
You can share a room or have your own private room.
Double room (shared): EUR 3,000 per person *
Double room (solo): EUR 4,000 *
* The price covers all retreat activities, accommodation, meals, and transfer to and from the airport, but does not include your flight or travel to Bari or Brindisi.
